Before you continue, please review how we handle voice data.
What we collect: When you enroll a speaker or identify speakers in a meeting, we create a numeric voiceprint from the audio. This voiceprint is biometric data — it is derived from characteristics of a person's voice.
How it's stored: Voiceprints are stored securely in a cloud database along with the speaker name you provide. Audio recordings are processed temporarily and deleted automatically — they are not stored long-term.
Third-party processing: Meeting audio is sent to third-party services for transcription and AI summaries. These services process data under their respective data processing agreements.
Your rights: You can delete any enrolled speaker and their voiceprint at any time from the Voiceprint Library. To request full data deletion, contact the app administrator.
Important: If you record a meeting, you are responsible for informing all participants that their voice will be processed for speaker identification.
